 Athletic – Stable - Intelligent

Our goal is to produce athletic, intelligent dogs with great work ethic and a stable mindset.  The American Bulldog is traditionally a working dog; one that will work all day and still be up for any other challenge that the world may throw it's way. The breed has also been prized as a great all-around family dog.   Be it catching hogs, protection work, weight pull, taking a walk with it's owners, or chasing a ball; the AB should be more than willing to do all of this and more.

We take the training of our dogs very seriously and are very much focused on the aspects that go into making a well rounded and stable dog.  We take into account not only pedigree but also correct conformation, health, intelligence, and drive when selecting dogs to add to our program and when making breeding plans.  We do not place too much weight in the sheer size or color of a dog and do not like exaggerated dogs.

We are trying to produce a dog that is stable, intelligent, and athletic with good wind and sound structure.  We breed standard or hybrid-performance type ABs.  Many of our dogs are heavy bred off of Hines Bossman, Sander's Kombat, and Darkside's Vader Red.  We will not overlook dogs of other pedigrees if they have the traits that we are looking for and by the same token we will not run to a dog bred just the way we like if it has poor conformation, no drive, or unstable temperament.  We aren't driven simply by what is written on a piece of paper.  We are always researching other lines and dogs to help in our search for future blood to outcross to or add into our program.  From protection work to hog catching or simply being  companions;  our dogs are proving themselves as high drive, intelligent, and reliable all-around dogs.

We believe that "bull" breeds are the best and want to promote these dogs in a positive light.  It takes heart, a lot of work, and ongoing knowledge to insure that we are working with and putting out dogs that are not only fine examples of the breed in looks but also in temperament.  Bull breeds are highly misunderstood dogs and it starts with breeds selecting stable temperaments and being those pups into knowledgeable hands in order to stop the downward swirl of the public view of these dogs.

**Our website is always under construction so please check back often for updates. This is going to be a work in progress but we hope that you will enjoy taking a look at our dogs.  Please contact us with any questions.  We love to talk about our dogs and to learn more about the breed and see what other people are doing with their own dogs.
